We do not collect payment information directly. That's handled securely by Stripe when you become a client.

The Platforms We Use & Cross-Border Data Transfers
We rely on a small number of trusted platforms to run our business: HubSpot (website and CRM), Cal.com (scheduling), Moxie Pro (client management, proposals, and invoicing), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Workspace (email).
Because Lumina is based in the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed outside of Canada (primarily in the US). While we ensure our platforms maintain strict security practices, your data may be subject to the legal jurisdictions and access laws of the United States while stored there.
