One-time engagement, discovery through procurement support
A structured, five-phase engagement that gives you a complete picture of your current technology, what you have, what you're paying, what's working, and what needs to change. Ends with a written report, prioritized recommendations, and procurement support for anything new.

Advisory & Administration
The ongoing relationship, your dedicated tech advisor
Per Diem and Retainer are two funding structures for the same long-term advisor relationship, not a ladder. Moving between them isn't an upgrade or downgrade. Hours apply to anything: strategic advisory, procurement, or hands-on work inside your platforms.
Option A: Per Diem
Flexible hourly advisory. No monthly minimum. Billed only for hours used, invoiced monthly.

Scoped per platform and per build, final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Includes a pre-build discovery call, written scope confirmation before work begins, a full build of the agreed scope, a walkthrough on delivery, and one round of minor adjustments within 7 days. Platform subscription costs are owned and paid for by the client.

Platform Training & Workshops
Live and recorded training, built around how your team actually works
Training is always business-specific, never a generic overview. Available in three formats.
Virtual Sessions
Half-Session (90 min): $450
Full Session (3 hrs): $850
Up to 10 attendees included; $35/person beyond that. Series of 3+ booked together: 10% off.
In-Person Workshops
Half-Day (up to 4 hrs): $1,500
Full-Day (up to 8 hrs): $2,500
Travel billed to client at cost, no markup. Travel deposit required before booking.
Recorded LMS
Single Module: $750
Platform Curriculum: $2,500
Multi-Platform Curriculum: $4,000
Delivered as MP4 + slide decks, ready for any LMS.
