Tech Audit + Procurement

One-time engagement, discovery through procurement support

A structured, five-phase engagement that gives you a complete picture of your current technology, what you have, what you're paying, what's working, and what needs to change. Ends with a written report, prioritized recommendations, and procurement support for anything new.

Exact pricing is set by complexity, how many platforms you run, how many locations, how much is actually changing. We'll land on your number together during your discovery call.

Not Included

  • Hands-on builds and team training (available through Per Diem)
  • Ongoing advisory after delivery (Per Diem or Retainer).

Advisory & Administration

The ongoing relationship, your dedicated tech advisor

Per Diem and Retainer are two funding structures for the same long-term advisor relationship, not a ladder. Moving between them isn't an upgrade or downgrade. Hours apply to anything: strategic advisory, procurement, or hands-on work inside your platforms.

Option A: Per Diem

Flexible hourly advisory. No monthly minimum. Billed only for hours used, invoiced monthly.

Option B: Monthly Retainer

A dedicated technology advisor on your team, with committed hours each month. Built for franchise brands and multi-location businesses.

Retainer-Exclusive Benefits

  • Monthly 30-minute strategy call (doesn't count against hours)
  • Living technology roadmap, reviewed monthly
  • Proactive recommendations, not just reactive support
  • Your retainer's monthly rate is locked for the length of your engagement

Core Scope: Both Options

  • Technology roadmap development, vendor evaluation, contract review
  • Procurement across every category, connectivity, security, cloud, AI, SaaS, and more
  • Hands-on admin inside our supported platforms
  • Responses within 1 business day on a Retainer, 2 business days on Per Diem, tracked in the client portal.

LANE 03

Platform Build

One-time projects inside the platforms we support, scoped with an estimated hour range and billed at your Per Diem rate. A 50% deposit on the low estimate is due at signing.
